1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by S.E Smarters Engineered LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our apps.

2. Description of Service

Smarters Engineered develops and publishes mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and other platforms. Each app may have its own additional terms, which supplement and form part of these Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our apps. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under the age of 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer access to our apps to third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to design, graphics, logos, and code — are the exclusive property of S.E Smarters Engineered LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the platform's refund policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our apps.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, S.E Smarters Engineered LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
